Remote Job Description:
Review and process Medicaid Summary and Claim Level Invoices quarterly.
Upload and validate rebate claim data in Medicaid systems (e.g., Model N).
Conduct eligibility checks and claim-level validations; flag and dispute suspect records.
Resolve rebate disputes and recommend appropriate payment adjustments.
Ensure CMS codes are accurately applied; communicate findings to states.
Perform analysis and reporting on assigned state programs.
Support team with documentation, best practices, and process improvements.
Qualification:
Experience in Medicaid claim processing (pharma, med device, state agency, or consultancy).
2+ years in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred.
Proficient in Model N, Revitas/Flex, or similar Medicaid rebate systems.
Advanced Excel skills (data manipulation, analysis).
Knowledge of CMS Medicaid rules and 340B program compliance.
Strong analytical skills; able to manage and validate large datasets
Familiarity with government pricing and rebate processes in the pharma industry. Job Requirement
