Job Description
Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center seeks Application Analyst in New York, NY to work with Tech lead to cultivate emerging technologies that can benefit product development. Act as “service owner” in the shared service delivery model, responsible for an IT service end to end, in terms of its description, customer satisfaction, financial performance and value of the service. Define the nature and scope of the service, and works with other planning roles, relationship managers and capacity planners to forecast demand for each service. Define a cost allocation, cost recovery and pricing plan within the overall context of the IT chargeback or pricing model. Negotiate with other product managers about the allocation of costs from infrastructure components or services that are shared among multiple services. Create a service improvement plan in terms of people, processes and technology to improve a service. Less than 5% domestic travel required for trainings and certifications. Part-time telecommuting permitted (in office at least 3 days a month).

Master’s degree or equivalent in Management Information Systems, Health Informatics, or a closely related field and 1 year of experience in the position offered or related role. Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Management Information Systems, Health Informatics, or a closely related field and 3 years of experience in the position offered or related role. Must have 1 year of experience with all of the following: Software applications for electronic health records (EHR); Software applications supporting clinical trials and research protocols; Product Ownership and Backlog Management; Documentation and Communication with stakeholders; Testing & Quality Assurance; and SQL, tableau and database.
SALARY:
$111,600.00 – 178,600.00/year
