As our Healthcare Analyst on the Employee Health & Benefits team, you’ll provide technical support to Client Executives and Client Managers in the development of new accounts and maintenance of existing accounts within the Employee Health & Benefits department. We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 3 years experience in a benefits analyst role with an agency or carrier 1 year experience in technical support and computer systems These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply: 5 years experience in a benefits analyst/underwriting/actuarial role with an agency or carrier 3 years experience in technical support and computer systems Missouri Life & Health license (required within 90 days of hire; company paid) We know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes.
