At Coastal Detox, our Mission is to help each client Sail Through Detox with safe, highly effective, medically supervised detox protocols combined with a wide variety of soothing holistic treatment therapies and compassionate client care within an exceptionally comfortable and tranquil living environment. Coastal Detox, Inc. is looking for a Clinical Case Manager. The ideal candidates will be enthusiastic individuals who have a desire to impact the lives of those struggling with addiction and are team players. Maintains open lines of communication with facility staff, attending clinicians and physicians, clients and families (as appropriate). Acts as a liaison with general public, referral sources, clients, and community agencies as assigned by supervisor.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Adheres to all Coastal Detox, Inc. Policies and Procedures. 2. Conducts self in a manner that represents Coastal Detox, Inc.’s values at all times. 3. Maintains a positive and respectful attitude with all work-related contacts. 4. Promotes a safe and therapeutic milieu for the clients. 5. Provides administrative support to Clinical Director and others as assigned. 6. Conduct comprehensive client assessments to determine their needs regarding substance abuse and mental health, including identification of potential risks and development of individualized treatment plans. 7. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including nurses, therapists, BHT’s, and other professionals, to ensure delivery of quality care. 8. Facilitate individual therapeutic sessions aimed at helping clients understand their conditions, develop coping strategies, and adhere to their treatment plans. 9. Liaise with community resources, outside agencies, and institutions (such as schools, courts, and state and community agencies) to advocate for clients and connect them to appropriate services. 10. Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed and documenting progress notes in accordance with professional standards and compliance requirements. 11. Provide crisis intervention and emergency services as needed. 12. Participate in case conferences, staff meetings, and professional development activities. 13. Communicates in a professional manner with proper use of telephone etiquette. 14. Assists with scanning Ancillary documentation into client medical charts. 15. Assists with facilitating process on actual day of discharge including implementing client satisfaction survey. 16. Demonstrates ability to collaborate with others. 17. Adapts to changing situations or work assignments. 18. Demonstrates willingness to rotate to other areas of the program within the limits of preparation and skill level. 19. Conforms to uniform and dress code, personal hygiene and good grooming. 20. Wears and properly displays company ID badge. 21. Positively responds to guidance or counseling and attempts to benefit from the feedback provided. 22. Adept in identifying potential problems within the department and seeks management guidance. 23. Demonstrates excellent organizational skills and is an originator of new ideas and methods. 24. Use verbal and non-verbal communication with others, (i.e., courtesy, tone of voice, facial expressions, gestures, etc.). 25. Protects client confidentiality as required by State and Federal Privacy Laws. 25. Demonstrates willingness to accept responsibility. 26. Completes all tasks with concern for work quality. 27. Performs other duties as assigned by direct supervisor.

REQUIRED

Must be able to pass drug screen and background check.

$40,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
