• Active licensurein your clinical discipline (RN, LCSW, OT, PT, ST, etc.)
• MinimumAssociate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor’s in a healthcare field(graduate degree preferred)
• Must be eligible for CCM® or ACM™certification (required within 2 years of hire)
• Experience inrehabilitation or acute care settings preferred
