Days / 8a-4:40p, 8×5, 40 hrs per week, M-F, No weekends or on call

Length:

13 weeks

Requirements:

• NH License
• 3 years inpatient clinical experience
• At least 1 year Care Management experience
• Must be a certified care manager
• BLS
