Hiring Requirements:

Job Description:

We are seeking skilled Master’s Level Foster Care Clinician / Clinical Case Manager with exceptional abilities to work with children between the ages of 0-17 years. These extraordinary therapists will provide stable, caring and supportive therapeutic services for children with therapeutic needs. They will work hand and hand with foster parents, teachers, case managers and other clinicians to teach each child to how to lead independent and fulfilling lives.

Duties/Expectations:

The Foster Care Clinician / Clinical Case Manager will; Carry a case load of seven clients. Conduct comprehensive assessments and complete treatment plans for assigned members. Actively participate as a member of the treatment team, keeping all members informed of case status and progression. Conduct sessions and in-home visits to provide therapeutic services to assist child with achieving treatment plan goals. Attend all treatment plan review meetings, including school meetings, court hearings, and scheduled therapy sessions as a representative of Becket and the families supported by Becket. Respond to crisis situations in a timely fashion. Provide supportive activities that assist the youth and family in goal achievement as it relates to identified goals.
