$56.2K – $81.6K a year 14 hours ago Qualifications EHR systems HIPAA Mid-level Bachelor’s degree Epic Certification Epic Associate’s degree Full Job Description Job Summary The Epic Clinical Support Desk Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting healthcare professionals by troubleshooting, supporting and reinforcing best practice as it pertains to the Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. This role provides end-user support and collaborates with IT and clinical teams to improve workflows and system efficiency. Education Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a clinical field or sufficient experience in a clinical setting commensurate with education. Experience Experience working with Epic EHR systems in a clinical or IT support capacity Licensures, Certifications, and/or Registries Preferred – Epic certification(s) in relevant modules (e.g., EpicCare Ambulatory, Wisdom, Phoenix, MyChart) Preferred – Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and data security best practices
