Clinical Workflow Specialist in Fort Lauderdale-Davie, FL Are you passionate about improving patient care through process efficiency and innovation? NSU Health at Nova Southeastern University is seeking a Clinical Workflow Specialist II to help transform clinical workflows and enhance provider and patient experiences. In this role, you’ll evaluate current healthcare workflows, identify opportunities for operational improvements, and collaborate across departments to implement strategies that support quality care and performance outcomes. You’ll also serve as a key resource during new clinic onboarding and play a pivotal role in shaping training content and clinical systems utilization. ?
What You’ll Do:
Analyze and optimize clinical workflows to align with NSU Health KPIs.
Recommend and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Support new clinic onboarding and develop training materials.
Collaborate with Clinical Informatics and administrative teams.
Serve as a subject matter expert to trainers and end-users on EHR and clinical platforms. ?
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of experience in a healthcare or clinical setting.
Strong knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) and healthcare operations.
Experience with workflow analysis and process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma preferred).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
