As an experienced Epic ASAP/Orders/ClinDoc Support Sr. Analyst you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. Project Delivery Model (PDM) is a talent model that is tailored specifically for long-term, onsite client service delivery. Work you’ll do/Responsibilities The Support Sr. Analyst will guide the Epic product specific build regarding scheduling and workflows of providers and patients, including enhancing the support models to achieve successful enhancements, expansion, and ongoing support. Additionally, the Sr. Analyst performs analysis of workflows, data collection, report details and other technical issues associated with Epic software. Prepares requirement specifications and provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and configuring systems and procedures that meet user requirements. Review and test new releases and document all outcomes of testing and serve as the support contact for the application. This position has responsibility within all phases of the application implementation including design, build, test, installation, and maintenance of the application. Provide outstanding client service and contributes to the organization’s mission of utilizing information technology to improve patient care. On an as-needed basis, provide on-site support within the organization. Enterprise Epic Implementation; Primarily remote work with scheduled time onsite with the client. Deloitte has been engaged as an Implementation Partner and will operate with a hands on “Coach and Advise” model of support to the client IT Team. We are looking for experienced team leads to support/coach/advise the Project IT Team with tasks throughout the implementation cycle – Design/Workflows, System Build, Testing, Upgrades, and Activation. Required Qualifications Must have a current Epic Certification (ASAP, Orders, or ClinDoc) 3+ years of recent experience on Epic Support & Maintenance Open to on call requirements for the role Experience in application design, workflows, build, troubleshooting, testing, and support Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve Preferred Qualifications Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products Can operate independently or with minimum supervision Excellent Written and Communication Skills Ability to deliver technical demonstrations Hospital or Clinic operations experience Additional Epic Certifications ITIL process knowledge The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $76725 to $102300. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
