Description:

Our client is seeking an Epic Ambulatory Consultant to support ongoing operations and optimization efforts. The ideal candidate will be Epic Ambulatory Certified and possess: General lab workflow knowledge (Softlab, Quest, Orchard) Strong ambulatory troubleshooting skills Expertise in masterfiles:

EAP, LRR, LLB, OSQ, ASP, LPF, LRS

Key Responsibilities:

System Configuration and Optimization:

Configure Epic functionality to improve user efficiency, usability, and patient safety.

Troubleshooting and Support:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Epic Ambulatory applications.

Workflow Analysis:

Perform in-depth analyses of workflows, data collection, and other technical issues associated with the use of the software.

Training and Development:

Develop and conduct training for end-users, including physicians, nurses, and medical staff.

Testing and Implementation:

Evaluate, test, and implement Epic updates and upgrades.

Collaboration:

Work with Epic and Informatics teams to ensure cohesive application delivery and support.
