Role Description:
Epic Prelude/Grand Central Analyst Responsibilities:
Analyze and optimize Epic Prelude and Grand Central workflows. Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure efficient patient access processes. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Epic Prelude and Grand Central modules. Conduct training sessions for end-users on Epic systems. Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and workflows. Participate in project meetings and provide updates on progress and challenges.
