We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Epic Patient Access and HIM Principal Trainer to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about healthcare technology and training. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home, with no travel required.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for Epic Patient Access, HIM, and Identity modules. Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, and presentations. Conduct training sessions for end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using Epic systems. Collaborate with other trainers and departments to ensure consistent and effective training delivery. Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for users post-training.
Required Certifications:
Epic Patient Access Principal Trainer certification Epic HIM and Identity Principal Trainer certification Epic Training Environment certification
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Epic Principal Trainer in Patient Access and HIM modules. Strong understanding of Epic systems and healthcare workflows. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
