The Quality Assistant Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Quality Assurance team by ensuring the accurate distribution of HEDIS data and reports. This role also involves managing and coordinating calls related to Part D measures, maintaining compliance with healthcare quality standards, and supporting data management processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinate the annual HEDIS data collection process and ensure adherence to NCQA’s HEDIS specifications. Flow all the implemented processes for accurate data collection and validation to meet or exceed quality benchmarks. Collaborate with healthcare providers and IT staff to facilitate data extraction, reporting, and submission. Prepare detailed reports and presentations on HEDIS outcomes for internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate calls between Pharmacy and patients for medication pick up on time Make sure Med adherence is up to date

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

Proficiency in data management skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Effective communication skills to interact with diverse healthcare teams and stakeholders. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in data handling. Proficiency in using healthcare databases and IT systems related to data collection and reporting High School diploma or GED Strong understanding on Excel and computer skills
