Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Epic Application Coordinator•

Grand Central:

Provide technical expertise in the Epic Grand Central application
Design and implement workflows within the Epic system, translating clinical and financial requirements into effective system configurations
Troubleshoot and provide high-level support for the Epic system
Collaborate with various teams, including IT and clinical staff, on new system implementations
Maintain current Epic certification and stay informed about changes in Epic and healthcare IT
Required Skills for Epic Application Coordinator•

Grand Central:

Solid experience with Epic systems, particularly in the clinical or revenue cycle areas
Proven ability to design and implement workflows within the Epic system
Strong problem-solving abilities and experience in handling tough situations, particularly when on-call
