This role will be instrumental in cultivating and evolving client relationships.

WHAT YOU WILL

DO… Customize implementation elements, training, and programs to align to individual client needs Develop, schedule, and conduct implementation and training meetings, both onsite and remotely with assigned clients Conduct workflow analysis meetings across clinical departments Maintain comprehensive documentation related to all EHR implementation activities, including obstacles or issues encountered in efforts to reduce repeat errors and redundancies Contribute to training material development in collaboration with the Implementation team Assist in the implementation process of system upgrades and update training courses Collaborate with multiple departments to facilitate resolutions for issues or obstacles pertaining to software applications Perform other duties as assigned Ability to travel up to 50%

BACKGROUND AND SKILLS YOU WILL

BRING… Credentialed RN with 3-5 years of hospital experience Prior demonstrated experience implementing EHRs, or health information technology preferred Previous experience in developing clinical workflows with documentation and processes that align with program goals and objectives Experience in training, educating, and instructing clinical and other users on features and operations of software applications Advanced communication and organizational skills with the ability to influence results at multiple organizational levels Customer service and client relations acumen Excellent computer skills with strong proficiency in web-based and SaaS application Flexibility and adaptability; must be able to seamlessly pivot to meet objectives of physicians, practice administrators, and other executives
