Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Epic Application Analyst with certification in Epic Hospital Billing Claims & Remittance. This role is responsible for the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of Epic system applications. The ideal candidate will lead operational workgroups, manage complex projects, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize workflows and ensure successful adoption of Epic solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
System Analysis & Design Lead needs assessments, software design, and implementation efforts. Collaborate with reporting teams and operational partners to gather and analyze requirements. Design and document workflows that improve efficiency and support quality initiatives. Mentor junior analysts in workflow design and analysis. Testing & Validation Lead functional and integrated testing of Epic applications. Develop and validate testing scripts. Perform unit testing and support testing efforts across teams. Project & Change Management Manage projects through all phases using enterprise project management frameworks. Develop change management strategies and implementation plans. Assess and address system impacts during new functionality rollouts. Maintenance & Support Troubleshoot application and interface issues, escalating as needed. Lead application upgrades and provide 24/7 on-call support as scheduled. Maintain application security and adhere to change control processes. Mentorship & Training Mentor and train team members, including onboarding new hires. Provide guidance on configuration tasks and documentation standards. Contribute to the development of end-user training materials. Documentation & Compliance Create and maintain accurate system documentation. Collaborate with clinicians and IT leadership to develop policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
