The client requires the services of one (1) EXPERT Epic PrincipalTrainer
- Patient Access to manage the Patient Access training planfor the implementation of an EHR project for the client OperatedHealthcare Facilities.
Key Duties:
Developing role-based training content, independently or with teammembers, using a variety of software programs, tools, andapplications such as Microsoft Office. Designing, developing and maintaining instructional materials. Maintaining policy and procedure documentation. Incorporating feedback from others into existing training andtraining administration procedures Learning new content and consulting with subject matter experts todevelop training materials and answer any participantquestions. Assisting with building and testing of training environments (MSTenvironments), and providing support and troubleshootingissues. Collaborating with other trainers by co-facilitating classroominstruction and assisting with exercises as needed. Preparing training lessons, printing materials, and setting up thetraining room and environment prior to the training session. Presenting information verbally and in writing in a clear andeasy-to-understand manner. Following up with trainees outside of the classroom to offeradditional support. Serving as an expert educator to client staff. Training and credentialing additional classroom trainers as needed(train-the-trainer). Training staff and end users by teaching technical topics asneeded. Managing assignments by prioritizing assignments and by creatingand adhering to timelines. Skill Required /

- Required Demonstrated ability to take ownership of work activities&ensure that they are completed accurately, efficiently, andtimely
