EHRproject Description:

The client requires the services of one (1) EXPERT Epic PrincipalTrainer

• Patient Access to manage the Patient Access training planfor the implementation of an EHR project for the client OperatedHealthcare Facilities.

Key Duties:

Developing role-based training content, independently or with teammembers, using a variety of software programs, tools, andapplications such as Microsoft Office. Designing, developing and maintaining instructional materials. Maintaining policy and procedure documentation. Incorporating feedback from others into existing training andtraining administration procedures Learning new content and consulting with subject matter experts todevelop training materials and answer any participantquestions. Assisting with building and testing of training environments (MSTenvironments), and providing support and troubleshootingissues. Collaborating with other trainers by co-facilitating classroominstruction and assisting with exercises as needed. Preparing training lessons, printing materials, and setting up thetraining room and environment prior to the training session. Presenting information verbally and in writing in a clear andeasy-to-understand manner. Following up with trainees outside of the classroom to offeradditional support. Serving as an expert educator to client staff. Training and credentialing additional classroom trainers as needed(train-the-trainer). Training staff and end users by teaching technical topics asneeded. Managing assignments by prioritizing assignments and by creatingand adhering to timelines. Skill Required /

• Required PT 2
• certified Principal Trainer for Willow Inpatient & WillowAmbulatory, Willow Inventory/Supply
• Required PT 3
• certified Principal Trainer for EpicCare Ambulatory, Wisdom,EpicCare Link, MyChart Patient Experience Platform, & HealthyPlanet
• Required PT 4
• certified as Principal Trainer for Cadence EnterpriseScheduling. Prelude Registration, & Grand Central Patient Flow withTransfer Center
• Required PT 5
• certified as Principal Trainer for Resolute Hospital Billing& HB Claims & Remittance; Resolute Professional Billing & Claims
• Required PT 5
• also certified as Principal Trainer for HIM DeficiencyTracking, Release of Information, EMPI, Coding & Abstracting.
• Required Ability to work without close supervision, taking ownership of workactivities, & ensuring training sessions & materials meet Epic’sstandards
• Required Skill and experience in adult education, especially for healthinformation technology or healthcare revenue cycle applications
• Required 3 Years Demonstrating flexibility with respect to required changes intraining content and delivery methods
• Required The ability to see things in an open-minded way and examine an ideaor concept from as many angles as possible
• Required Demonstrated ability to take ownership of work activities&ensure that they are completed accurately, efficiently, andtimely
• Required Ability to learn new content and leverage that knowledge to developstrong training programs.
• Required Being cooperative and approachable and taking time to listen to andaddress others’ questions or concerns
• Required Develops presentations & presents in a clear & interesting manner,commanding the audience’s attention, & handlingquestions/challenges.
• Required 3 Years Ability to read text, identify major points, make inferences, anddraw conclusions that accurately reflect the material
• Required Ability to communicate information clearly and concisely totrainers and trainees when speaking and in writing, adjustingmaterials to audience
• Required 3 Years Has a strong work ethic willingness to put forth extra effort whenrequired, including demonstrating persistence in the face ofobstacles/adversity
• Required Experience performing job shadowing
• Required 3 Years Certified in developing the Epic training environments.
