This position involves collaborating with clinical research teams to facilitate the collection, documentation, and analysis of clinical data while adhering to FDA regulations and HIPAA guidelines. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of clinical trials management and have experience in documentation review. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage data collection processes for clinical trials, ensuring accuracy and compliance with study protocols. Review and verify documentation related to clinical research activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. Collaborate with clinical teams to facilitate blood sampling and other necessary procedures, including phlebotomy when required. Maintain comprehensive records of clinical trial activities, including participant information and data entry into relevant systems. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations related to study findings and progress. Support the implementation of quality control measures to ensure data integrity throughout the research process. Stay informed about current FDA regulations and HIPAA guidelines relevant to clinical research. Skills Strong knowledge of clinical trials processes and management. Familiarity with FDA regulations governing clinical research. Understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and data protection. Proficiency in documentation review practices to maintain compliance with research standards. Experience in blood sampling techniques, including phlebotomy skills. Ability to work effectively within various systems used for data collection and management in clinical settings. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring accurate data handling throughout all phases of research.
