Access WQ Support Analyst (Epic Prelude/Grand Central) 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars Harrisburg, PA 17101 CSI Companies is actively hiring for a Access WQ Support Analyst (Epic Prelude/Grand Central) to support our healthcare client during a large-scale Epic Go-Live.

Hours:

40 hours/week; Monday – Friday and Tuesday-Saturday, standard business hours (EST)

Location:

Remote (Must reside in the US; may need to travel onsite for the first week)

Pay:

$36.75/hour

Consultant Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Access Work Queue (WQ) Support Analyst to join a centralized, non-patient-facing access operations center. The analyst will provide Epic front-end support (Prelude and Grand Central) to help triage, resolve, and escalate access-related work queue issues. This role plays a critical part in ensuring data accuracy, cleaning up backlogs, and supporting workflow optimization post-Go-Live.

Job Responsibilities:

Monitor and troubleshoot Epic work queues (WQs) related to registration, insurance, and access. Identify trends and issues in MyChart, CRM, and proprietary tools to resolve patient access concerns. Update insurance, validate patient data, and support access compliance. Escalate system-wide trends to team leads or Epic analysts. Cross-functional support with statement preparation, payment plan follow-up, and insurance rebills. Use OnBase for document retrieval, scanning, and secure storage. Participate in callbacks and team handoffs for unresolved access issues. Assist in post-Go-Live stabilization efforts by cleaning up data and improving workflows.

Minimum Qualifications:

2-4 years in patient access, revenue cycle, or financial services Highly experienced with Epic Prelude and/or Grand Central Familiarity with Epic CRM tools, WQ monitoring, payment plans, and insurance updates Knowledge of OnBase or equivalent document management systems High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment Strong verbal and written communication skills

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with insurance rebills, legal/attorney requests, or statement workflows Participation in Epic Go-Live or post-implementation projects Understanding of HIPAA and CMS access-related compliance Who Should Apply?
