Key Responsibilities:

• Drive evaluation and implementation of changes to optimize clinician experience with EHR technologies.
• Collaborate with corporate service line leaders to define informatics solutions tailored to clinician needs.
• Collect and analyze current state workflows and end user experiences to inform prioritization of standard order requests.
• Partner with the IT department to deliver requirements for maintenance and optimization of enterprise standard content.
• Gather end user feedback to identify ongoing improvement opportunities within EHR platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Required.
• 3+ years of clinical experience (nurse, charge nurse, or similar role)
• Required.
• Experience in a hospital setting
• Preferred.
• Familiarity with EHR systems such as Meditech, EPIC, and/or Cerner
• Preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Required.
• Strong ability to collaborate across teams and understand clinical workflows
• Required.
