You are:
An experienced Epic Cogito Admin Certified Admin responsible for managing Epic’s analytics and SQL infrastructure, ETL processes, reporting tools, and collaborating with the Accenture team, software vendor team, and client.
The Work:
1. Install Clarity and Caboodle Datasets on Cloud platform 2. Installation and setup of Oracle or Microsoft SQL server to support the Cogito databases 3. Monitor Clarity and Caboodle data extraction (ETL) jobs 4. Correct Clarity and Caboodle data extraction (ETL) errors 5. Troubleshoot, research, and resolve Clarity and Caboodle data errors 6. Maintain Epic Cogito console servers 7. Apply Epic SU’s and full upgrades to the Clarity and Caboodle environments 8. Configure and expand Caboodle Data Model Components to meet enterprise analytical needs 9. Configure SlicerDicer related access and security 10. Design and configure Radar dashboards and other metric visualizations 11. Make technical recommendations related to application upgrades 12. Duplicate and configure Epic Release Reporting Workbench templates 13. Review Reporting Workbench template impacts due to Epic SU’s or Epic full upgrades 14. Create and manage custom Reporting Workbench template changes 15. Manage custom Reporting Workbench template security 16. Troubleshoot Reporting Workbench issues 17. Monitor long running Reporting Workbench reports 18. Maintain Business Objects server 19. Configure Epic Crystal Integration (ECI) Reporting Workbench templates for Clarity reports 20. Monitor ECI reports for timeliness, efficiency, and failures 21. Maintain and configure Cubes server, application, access and security This is a hybrid role in Nashville, TN and will require 3 days per week in the office.

A minimum of three years of experience with Epic Cogito Admin Cogito Admin Certification Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience) Bonus points if you have: Experience with a full-cycle Epic implementation on the Cogito or Reporting team Experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Business Objects SQL Admin, ETL Admin experience Database performance management Agile Systems Integration Cloud/ Azure/ Windows Infra Admin Associate Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
