We’re looking for an entry-level Hospital Case Management Implementation Coordinator to help hospitals seamlessly integrate case management systems that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

Friday Key Responsibilities:
Support the rollout and go-live of case management software at hospital facilities Work directly with case management staff, directors, and preceptors Provide training, troubleshooting, and system support pre
- and post-go-live Serve as the primary on-site contact during implementation phases Coordinate implementation tasks and ensure timelines are met Evaluate effectiveness and suggest improvements for future implementations Participate in kickoff meetings, communicate with leadership, and help onboard new team members Travel to various hospital facilities for implementation support (1-2 weeks per wave) Apply and share system knowledge to promote consistent use and workflow optimization
Qualifications:
