Medical Administrative Specialist Lung Consultants, PLLC Nashville, TN 37209 Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the daily operations of the medical practice and in ensuring the efficient documentation and management of health information. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. They can adapt to various tasks, have strong technical skills, are proficient in computer software and are reliable with strong organizational and time management skills. Manages and maintains accurate patient records and documentation review. Utilizes electronic medical records. Has billing experience and ensures compliance with health information management standards. Assists with clerical tasks such as data entry, faxing, scanning, etc. Supports the clinic’s administrative functions to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborates with clinical staff to ensure seamless communication and workflow within the clinic. Experience Previous experience in a medical practice or clinic setting. Experience with medical billing is highly desirable. Experience using eClinicalWorks or similar electronic medical records. Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy with documentation. Patient-centered care.
