Job Description Our client, based on the East Coast, is seeking an experienced Epic PB (Professional Billing) Analyst to join their team for a full-time, fully remote position.
Requirements:
Certified PB Analyst with 5 years experience
Build/experience in the following: focus on report automation and SQL plus knowledge in the following GL, Charging components, WQs, Credit Card Machines, new department build,
Charge Review Daily Responsibilities:
Manage and resolve support tickets related to Epic Professional Billing
Assist with quarterly system upgrades and ensure seamless implementation
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members
Oversee daily system maintenance to ensure optimal performance and functionality
Serve as the primary point of contact for user group meetings, addressing any concerns or feedback
Lead the build and configuration of new clinics and departments within the Epic PB system, ensuring proper setup and integration with existing workflows
Logistics:
Full Time – 40 hours a week
