Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Certified as Medical Technologist by ASCP, AMT, ISCLT, NCA, HEW, HHS, etc
- Advanced Management Certification is desirable.

Experience:
- Four years of supervisory experience or two years as Assistant Director.

- Knowledge of budget preparation and monitoring
