Role:
The Cath Lab Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the catheterization laboratory, ensuring that all procedures are conducted efficiently and safely. This position is responsible for managing a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses and technicians, to deliver high-quality patient care during diagnostic and interventional procedures. The Cath Lab Manager will also be tasked with maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and implementing best practices to enhance patient outcomes. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with physicians and other departments to optimize workflow and resource allocation. Ultimately, the Cath Lab Manager is pivotal in fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the lab.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Current nursing license and certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or must obtain within 30 days of hire date.
Preferred Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, with at least one 91) year in cardiac catheterization lab and at least 1 years of leadership experience preferred. Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Certification in Cardiac Catheterization or related specialty. Experience with budget management and resource allocation in a healthcare setting.

Manage and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and hospital policies, conducting regular audits and quality assurance checks.
