Full Job Description Overview:
The Laboratory Director is responsible for the overall operation and administration of the hospital’s clinical laboratory. This includes ensuring high-quality diagnostic testing services, regulatory compliance, staff supervision, quality assurance, budgeting, and strategic planning. The Lab Director works closely with physicians, department leaders, and external agencies to support patient care and safety.

Education Requirements :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medical Technology or Clinical Laboratory Science required .
Job Qualifications :

In-depth knowledge of laboratory operations, regulatory requirements, and quality systems. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
