Labratory and clinical instrumentation company based south ofBoston seeks a Clinical Sales Manager to oversee a clinical insidesales team. Description Drive theexpansion and adoption of niche laboratory equipment and solutionswithin clinical environments, focusing on hospitals and referencelaboratories. Build and lead a high-performing, goal-oriented salesteam dedicated to acquiring new customers. Cultivate strongrelationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers toexpand brand presence and market penetration. Analyze market trendsand competitor activity to uncover opportunities and adjust salesstrategies accordingly. Act as a key feedback channel to productteams by sharing customer insights and market demands. SalesStrategy & Execution Define and track key performance indicators tomeasure sales success and refine strategy. Manage reliable salesforecasting and ensure consistent achievement of revenue goals.
Develop sales playbooks and best practices to support team adoptionand effectiveness. Collaborate with product and marketing teams tocreate training and messaging aligned with sales objectives.
Monitor CRM compliance and maintain accurate pipeline data. TeamManagement & Development Motivate and coach the sales team,creating a collaborative, and performance-driven culture. Provideprofessional mentorship and career development guidance to teammembers. Coordinate with internal departments to enhance theoverall customer experience. Promote a culture of continuousimprovement and innovation within the team. Strategic VisionContribute to the development and execution of long-term salesstrategies for market penetration and customer retention. Providevoice-of-customer insights for future product development andenhancements. Profile 10 years of clinical sales experience. Provensuccess selling capital equipment, consumables, and services in aclinical or laboratory setting. Demonstrated experience growingproduct adoption and standardization within large hospitalnetworks. Experience managing and developing inside and field-basedsales teams. Strong understanding of value-based sellingstrategies. Excellent planning, organizational, and communicationskills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (e.g.,Salesforce). Willingness to travel up to 50% across the US.
