Director of Radiology Position Summary:
Responsible for thedirection and coordination of the activities of the assigneddivision in order to execute daily operations and meet theobjectives of the hospital Plan for the Provision of Patient Care.
Sets standards and evaluates the quality and effectiveness of caredelivered. Has administrative responsibility for assigneddepartments and for program development within the Department.
Works collaboratively with medical staff and hospitaladministration to personalize the Piedmont Medical Center strategicplan. Leads and participates in development of programs andservices to increase hospital utilization by physicians andpatients.
THE DIRECTOR OF RADIOLOGY CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THEFOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum Education:
Master’s Degree or currently orwilling to enroll in Master’s program
Minimum Experience:
Appropriate experience in area of responsibility.
