Position Summary The Toxicology Laboratory Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing the Toxicology Laboratory Specialist Team , overseeing the implementation and day-to-day operations of multiple client labs, and ensuring compliance with CLIA, COLA, and internal protocols . This role combines hands-on lab troubleshooting, documentation oversight, client collaboration, and team development—all within a fast-paced and mission-driven environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management Supervise and manage all members of the Toxicology Lab Specialist Team Conduct daily oversight of team members’ responsibilities Lead the training and onboarding of all new lab specialists Perform annual reviews and assist with peer reviews alongside Compliance Specialist Conduct weekly team meetings Approve timesheets and staff schedules Regulatory Compliance & Inspection Readiness Prepare team members and labs for all

CLIA/COLA

inspections , including: Organizing documentation Being onsite during inspections Acting as the primary liaison with surveyors Ensure a Circumference team member is onsite for every scheduled inspection Assist with annual COLA reviews for assigned and peer labs Manage and maintain COLA Central accounts for all one-eighty TOX and three-sixty TOX labs Technical & Lab Support Perform and instruct troubleshooting of Sciex LC-MS instrumentation , including: Changing pump seals, electrodes Vacuum pump oil replacement Q0 cleaning and maintenance Manage and monitor solution prep processes (assisting as needed) Oversee daily analyzing and checking of data; contribute to task completion when required Create and update solution prep procedures for quality control/standards annually Manage and approve QC/calibration shipments sent every 3 weeks Documentation & Manual Updates Maintain and update one-eighty TOX and three-sixty TOX lab manuals at least once annually Approve three-sixty TOX report templates created by Lab Specialists Contribute to high-priority internal documents to ensure consistency and compliance Onboarding & Lab Implementation Supervise all implementations and onboarding of new labs Ensure labs can process samples within 1 week of team member’s departure Client & Business Collaboration Partner with Business Team to manage supply inventory for daily operations Support high-profile TOX customer relationships, working alongside assigned Lab Specialists Assist with Pre-Approvals and Post-Approvals as needed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Growth and development of team members Performance during internal and external lab audits Laboratory efficiency and testing quality Adherence to GLP and OSHA safety standards Qualifications Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or Laboratory Science (required) If degree is in another science, the following must be met: 12 semester hours in Chemistry 12 semester hours in Biology 24 semester hours total in Bio, Chem, MLT, or Lab Science OR 24 hours in

Lab Sciences:

8 Bio + 8 Chem + 8 Mixed Undergraduate transcripts required to move forward in the hiring process Experience 2+ year clinical lab experience in toxicology with
