Requiredlicense/certifications:

TX RN or Compact License, Certification innursing specialty or administration, and

AHA BLS Job Summary:

TheNurse Manager is accountable for the effective delivery ofcompetent, compassionate, and efficient care for specific patientcare unit(s) on a 24-hour basis. This includes oversight forclinical operations and human resources, financial, and qualitymanagement.
