Job Details Engineering Lab Manager is required tosupport the assembly/alignment/testing of RF/Microwave electroniccomponent assemblies starting with PC sub-assemblies to modules tosystem integration. 1

• Generation of in-process testprocedures/data sheets for PCA’s, modules and top-level systemtesting. 2
• Design and creation of system interface test fixturing.3
• Review of customer performance specifications (EQ spec) andcustomer supplied documentation:
• Parts/Material/Process programrequirements.
• Top level system test requirements includingThermal Cycling, Thermal Vacuum, Vibration, Shock and EMI testing.4
• Generation of engineering required documentation:
• Failurereports (if required)
• Discrepant Material Report (DMR)
• RecoveryTest Plans.
• Engineering change notices for customer review andinternal component updates.
• End Item Data Packages for submittalto customer for review and acceptance
• Data management (storageand maintaining of test data for company review and accessibility)5
• Test support for engineers, technicians, engineering associates:a.
