The Hospital Laboratory Supervisor Blood Bank will report to the laboratory manager. Responsibilities include overseeing daily lab operations and ensuring quality patient care, supervising, scheduling, and evaluating staff performance, managing training, hiring, and disciplinary actions, acting as a liaison between lab and clinical teams, resolving operational and personnel issues, and managing inventory and supply needs. Individuals earning quick interviews will have their bachelor’s degree and bench work experience as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist. This position is an evening shift. ????
