The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing laboratory staff, ensuring compliance with quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) protocols, and maintaining high standards in blood product processing and testing. This role requires a strong background in laboratory techniques, clinical trials, and proficiency in laboratory information management systems. Qualifications Medical Technologist Certification 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within a laboratory setting, particularly in blood banking or lead Tech 3 years of experience working as Medical Technologist Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, including RNA extraction and assay analysis. Familiarity with QA/QC processes and regulatory compliance in a clinical environment. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules effectively. Proficient in using laboratory information management systems (LIMS). Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for interaction with staff and clinical teams.
