Monday Friday, 9:00 am 6:00 pm (No Weekends)
Pay :
$24/hr $42/hr (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus :
$2,000 (Paid in $500 increments every 3 months) We are seeking a dedicated Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join our team in Sarasota, FL. This position offers a Monday Friday day shift, with no weekends required, providing a great work-life balance. Both experienced candidates and new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities :
Perform routine laboratory tests in various areas (hematology, microbiology, chemistry, etc.) Ensure accurate and timely results for diagnostic procedures Operate and maintain laboratory equipment Document and maintain accurate records of test results Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to interpret and communicate results
Qualifications :
Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) certification (or eligible) Current Florida Laboratory License (required) Experience in a clinical laboratory setting preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to follow established protocols and procedures
