du mardi au samedi ; les horaires varient (voir les détails ci-dessous) Type d’emploi : Temporaire à embaucher Aperçu : Kelly Science & Clinical recherche des technologues de laboratoire moléculaire (niveau I ou II) hautement motivés et soucieux du détail pour rejoindre l’équipe dynamique de diagnostic moléculaire axée sur l’oncologie de notre client à Nashville, TN. Dans ce rôle, vous effectuerez des tests moléculaires de haute complexité conformément aux normes CLIA, CAP, Tennessee Medical Laboratory Board et internes. You will work with cutting-edge technology including PCR, digital PCR, and Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) to deliver accurate and timely results supporting patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform clinical diagnostic testing following SOPs for specimen handling, analysis, and reporting.
  • Operate, maintain, and calibrate molecular laboratory equipment according to schedules.
  • Maintain an orderly, clean, and safe work environment in compliance with lab safety protocols.
  • Ensure proper documentation of test results and quality control data, adhering to GDP and GLP standards.
  • Participate in quality assurance activities such as proficiency testing, instrument/method comparisons, and reagent qualifications.
  • Troubleshoot assay or equipment issues and escalate complex problems to lab leadership.
  • Assist with or lead inventory management of lab reagents and consumables.
  • Contribute to the development and revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Support training and onboarding of new lab personnel (Level II only).
  • Participate in CLIA validation studies and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to project work as assigned, with increasing independence at Level II.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in chemical, biological, clinical, or medical laboratory science (required).
  • Active Tennessee Medical Laboratory Technologist License (Generalist or Special Analyst – Molecular Diagnostics).
Level I:

Entry-level to 1+ year of experience in a clinical lab performing high-complexity molecular testing.

    Level II:

    2+ years of clinical lab experience with high-complexity molecular assays.

    • Strong manual pipetting skills and understanding of aseptic technique.
    • Familiarity with molecular techniques such as Real-Time PCR, Digital PCR, and NGS (preferred).
    • Experience with LIMS and EDMS systems (preferred).
    • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
    • Flexibility to work alternate shifts and holidays per the Clinical Operations Schedule Policy.
    Work Schedule:
      Level I:

      Tuesday–Saturday; 6:00 AM–2:30 PM (

      Training:

      M–F, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM)

        Level II:

        Tuesday–Saturday; 2:00 PM–10:30 PM (

        Training:

        M–F, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM)

        • Occasional shift adjustments may be required to support team coverage.
