Education MSN required with a focus on subspecialty area appropriate for specific position preferred. BSN candidates will be considered but must enroll (within 12 months of accepting position) and complete MSN degree. Experience Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience (with at least 2 years experience working with specified patient population or pediatric nursing preferred). Good oral and written communication skills. Licensures, Certifications, and/or Registries Current RN license in the State of Alabama.
