Job Summary
This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating high-quality, evidence-based simulation education programs for healthcare professionals within a consolidated healthcare system. This role involves collaborating with clinical departments, educators, and leadership teams to develop scenarios that enhance clinical competency, teamwork, and patient safety. The position also plays a key role in supporting staff development and promoting the integration of simulation-based training into ongoing professional development and clinical practice.

Certification in Healthcare Simulation (e.g.
CHSE, CHSOS
) must be obtained within two years after hiring.

1-2 years Clinical Education Experience Required
1-2 years Simulation Education Required
Healthcare Experience
License and Certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Preferred
Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator (CHSE) Preferred
Trauma Nurse Core Course Certification (TNCC) Preferred
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Preferred
Nursing Professional Development – Board Certified (NPD-BC) Preferred
