Under the direction of the Clinical Coordinator and/orNursing Unit Director, perform nursing patient care duties for theassigned unit or department. Plan, provide, and evaluate totalnursing care in accordance with the established patient carephilosophy. Facilitate individualized, goal-directed nursing carethrough use of the nursing process and the principles of primarynursing in accordance with departmental and hospital policies andprocedures. Relate effectively with other shifts for continuity ofcare, maintain satisfactory relations with other departments andnursing units; and participate in all phases of education.
Qualifications 1.5 Years of Bedside Psychiatric Experience XAssociates degree in Nursing X Required X Bachelors degree inNursing X Preferred X Basic Life Support (BLS) X Handle with CareCertification or CPI within 90 days of hire preferred
XACLS-preferred Licenses:
Valid licensure in the State of Georgia asa Registered Nurse (RN) or multi state/compact RN license
