Job Description
Reporting to the US Director of Business Development, the Clinical Specialist will be in charge of (non-exhaustive list):
Working hand and hand with the Sales Team to demonstrate of our exoskeleton technologies in hospitals, at our headquarters in NYC and at congressesSupporting our customers and partners with clinical support, training, and research. Clients include physicians, institutions (hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, etc.,) allied health professionals, neurological rehabilitation therapists and patient support groupsSupporting clinical operations in the US and within the Wandercraft Walk in New York Clinic, including monitoring of clinical trials, clinical training, patient treatment at the clinic and clinical educationCoordinating the development of clinical content for marketing and clinical education.
The Clinical Specialist will start by spending a significant amount of time at Wandercraft Headquarters in New York City, before being full-time deployed in the US targeted region. Some weeks of training in Paris might be required. Travel weekly is expected in this position, either locally (NY, NJ) or US-wide.
Responsibilities:
Customer SupportLead the training sessions (initial and continuous) of our devices with the users,Accompany the rehabilitation professionals in the integration of the technology in their current clinical practice incl. live and remote support,Support customers with therapeutic sessions with their patients,Develop training materials, tutorials, usage scenarios and associated documentation for users,Capitalize on the use of our exoskeletons in the field and share the best practices observed – incl collaboration with our Europeans headquarters and Clinical Specialists in Europe,Manage and follow up on clinical requests related to the use of the device, in conjunction with the Quality/Regulatory and Clinical teams,Discussing and advising on the Atalante use program, with adapted exercise proposals,Develop and maximize clinical skills and educational knowledge of neurological rehabilitation and the operation of all Wandercraft technologies.
Sales and Marketing supportConduct live demonstrations in hospitals and at congresses with the Sales Team and promote the most efficient and patient-focused utilization of Wandercraft technologies,Organize logistics related to transport of the equipment for demonstrations,Support Sales team with clinical content when needed,Join in-service presentations at prospects’ location and share clinical expertise of the use of Wandercraft technologies,Assist the marketing team in creating content and organizing the presence of local and national media,Share user feedback (functionalities, ergonomics, patient feedback, etc.) with internal teams (R&D, Marketing, etc.) to contribute to the continuous improvement of our exoskeleton.
Clinical and patient supportAssist clinical team with Wandercraft clinical trials in the US – monitoring, training, follow ups,Assist in program development and treatment protocols to enhance clinical usage of the Wandercraft technologies post sales and training,Support Wandercraft partners with their clinical research and protocol development,Support Wandercraft own clinical research at Walk in New York,Provide the best possible patient experience & sessions in Wandercraft’s own Walk Center,Build collaborative and consultative relationships with rehabilitation networks and patient support groups within assigned territory,Conduct educational in-services to universities and webinars to potential referral sources through formal presentations,Support and attend local and national professional/patient meetings as requested.
Qualifications:
Diploma:
Board Certified Neurologic Physical TherapistRequired experience: minimum 2 years experience of clinical practice

Compensation:
starting from $105.000/year according to experience for NY area.
