A Brief Overview Responsible for unit/department based clinical orientation and provision of clinical in-service training for new and current clinical Associates. Plans and implements standardized learning activities to meet the needs of all levels of clinical Associates. Serves as a role model/change agent to promote professional and technical development of Associates. Provides consultative services to internal and external customers. Integrates relevant research outcomes into learning activities. Performs other job duties as assigned or requested.
