Full-Time Job Summary:

The HCBSUnlicensed Behavioral Health Provider plays a key role in FLACRA’smission to provide client-centered services as identified andapproved by HARP Care Management and Managed Care Organizations(MCO). This position is responsible for delivering specialized Homeand Community-Based Services (HCBS) to eligible clients with SUDand/or SMI. Services will be tailored to meet individual needs andadhere to guidelines outlined in the New York State HARP AdultBehavioral Health Home and Community-Based Services ProviderManual.

Required Qualifications:

Unlicensed staff must be at least18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or equivalent,with 1-3 years of relevant experience working with individuals withsubstance use disorders (SUD) and/or serious mental illness (SMI),or a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Certified PeerSpecialist/Certified Recovery Peer Advocate or equivalentqualifications through education and/or work experience, with oneyear of education substituting for one year of experience. ValidNYS Driver’s License required.
