Acute Join a leading acute care facility in New York as a Travel Cytotechnologist . This role requires advanced cytology skills, including GYN/Non-GYN screening, FNA assessment, and cytoprep. Key Responsibilities:
Screen GYN/Non-GYN cytology specimens in accordance with CLIA and CAP guidelines Perform Fine Needle Aspiration (FNA) : processing, immediate adequacy assessment Cytology prep work (preferred): GYN and Non-GYN Utilize Epic for documentation and workflow Apply the Bethesda System for reporting cytology findings Maintain ThinPrep Certification standards
Qualifications:
NYS Cytotechnologist License

Bachelor of Science and completion of Certified Cytology Program ASCP Certification

- American Heart Association (REQUIRED) Minimum 3 years’ experience in GYN/Non-GYN screening and FNA procedures Familiar with
