What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of experience in pediatric dentistry (required) Friendly, upbeat, and patient-focused attitude Strong communication and teamwork skills Certified/registered dental assistant (as required by state law) Ability to make kids feel comfortable and cared for during treatment
What You’ll Do:
Assist the pediatric dentist during a variety of procedures Provide education to children and parents on oral hygiene Maintain accurate patient records and sterilize instruments Help create a positive, calming atmosphere for young patients Why Join Big Smiles?
