The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care, assisting the dentist during procedures, and ensuring the smooth operation of our dental clinic. This position requires a strong understanding of dental practices, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and hygienic environment. Duties Assist the dentist during examinations and treatments, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared. Perform four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures. Utilize 3D scanners for accurate imaging and modeling as needed. Conduct medical imaging procedures while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain strict infection control protocols in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Ensure all dental equipment is cleaned, sterilized, and maintained according to aseptic techniques. Provide patients with post-operative care instructions and support them throughout their treatment journey. Document patient information accurately in the electronic health record system (Eaglesoft). Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records. Skills Proficiency in using 3D scanners and familiarity with medical imaging technologies. Strong knowledge of human anatomy relevant to dentistry. Understanding of infection control practices and HIPAA regulations. Experience in general dentistry within a dental clinic setting. Ability to perform aseptic techniques effectively. Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate clearly with patients and team members. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
