• Assist the dentist during various procedures, including endodontics and surgery (extractions, implants), restorative and prosthodontic procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary materials are ready
• Utilize 3D scanners for imaging and beaing able to take photographs for treatment purposes
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to optimize office efficiency, help front desk when necessary _ Help with Social Media updates and posts
• Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred but have to be willing to be trained
• Familiarity with dental software or proficient in learning Open Dental that we use
• Knowledge of medical coding and record keeping is beneficial
• Strong understanding of aseptic techniques and infection control protocols
