Duties Assist the dentist during various procedures, including general dentistry and specialties . Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control protocols. Take and develop X-rays as needed, ensuring proper technique and safety measures. Maintain accurate medical records and patient information. Monitor and record vital signs of patients prior to treatment. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Manage appointment scheduling, patient flow, and assist with administrative tasks as required. Provide compassionate support to patients, addressing their concerns and ensuring comfort during visits. Requirements Strong knowledge of anatomy as it relates to dental health. Ability to take X-rays and understand radiographic techniques. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients and team members. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
