We’re looking for a motivated, clinically experienced dental assistant or hygienist — ideally a foreign-trained dentist — to join us as our Lead Dental Assistant and Office Manager . This is not your average back office role. It’s a rare opportunity to take ownership in shaping the systems, culture, and daily operations of a high-performance dental office from the ground up. Job Overview As the Lead Dental Assistant and Office Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth patient experiences with treatment planning, overseeing back office efficiency, and supporting the doctor in surgical and restorative procedures. You’ll also take charge of training assistants, maintaining high standards of infection control, and optimizing day-to-day operations alongside the clinical team. We are a modern, rapidly growing office performing a wide range of procedures — from bread-and-butter dentistry to molar endo, surgical extractions, implants, and full arch cases.
