Perfect Hollywood Smile is a small corporate office in Hollywood Fl 33021, is seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing high-quality dental care and support to our patients. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth dental procedures and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Set up and prepare treatment rooms for dental procedures.
• Take and develop dental x-rays.
• Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures.
• Prepare materials for impressions and restorations.
• Sterilize dental instruments and equipment.
• Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies.
• Maintain accurate patient records.

Team work

Skills:

• Proficient in HIPAA regulations.
• Knowledge of medical records management.
• Understanding of anatomy and medical terminology.
• Ability to take vital signs accurately.
• Familiarity with endodontics and pediatric dentistry.
• Experience in four-handed dentistry techniques.
• Proficiency in using Epic software for patient management.
• Previous experience in dental assisting.
